A CULINARY ADVENTURE ON THE CAMBODIAN COAST

A seven-course degustation featuring local and regional produce, as interpreted by the creative talent and exquisite skill of our Executive Chef, Ines Marie Samaai.
International wine judge, author and critic Darren Gall has selected an eclectic series of fine wines to accentuate each dish and highlight the evening’s gastronomy.
This incomparable culinary event is highly exclusive, numbers are extremely limited and booking is essential. Please book early to ensure you command a table.
Choose from the or 1 or 2 night accommodation packages or make a restaurant reservation for dinner only.
For those who choose the two-night accommodation packages there will also be a tour of the famous crab market nearby on the Saturday morning.
